As Reporting and Evaluation Coordinator, Dula helps to streamline data collection for reporting requirements and provide technical assistance for creating evaluation plans. He received his bachelor’s in biology from Gettysburg College and his masters from the University of Georgia at the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. His previous work includes marine science education, assisting bat research in Panama, and studying Gulf Sturgeon for his thesis.

Originally from New Jersey, he now calls Athens home. In his free time, he and his partner enjoy biking, going to see live music and fostering cats and dogs.
