UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant is offering a Basic seafood Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) training for seafood processors in Brunswick, Ga.
Training in HACCP is mandated for seafood processors by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture to obtain and maintain a seafood wholesale license. HACCP courses teach the principles of HACCP and empower companies to develop HACCP plans specific for each seafood product they handle or produce.
Registration is required. For more information, go to the HACCP Training page on our website.
