Did you know that cannonball jellyfish, locally referred to as a “jellyballs,” are harvested in Georgia? Jellyfish have a crunchy texture and can be served hot, cold, cooked or raw. During this Ocean to Table program at the UGA Aquarium, you will be able to sample jellyfish products while learning about how to safely purchase, cook and consume Georgia jellyfish.

This class is part of the Ocean to Table Series of seafood workshops for adults in coastal Georgia. Ocean to Table is a collaboration between UGA Cooperative Extension and UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant.
