Want to get involved with the University of Georgia’s Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant? Volunteers are essential to the Aquarium’s daily operations and to our outreach and education programs. A variety of opportunities are available, including both indoor and outdoor activities related to our mission.
Potential volunteers must be 18 years of age, must complete a UGA Volunteer Agreement and give consent for a background check. The first step in the Volunteer Application process is to visit the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium for a Prospective Volunteer Tour.
