Have you ever wondered what a gopher tortoise eats or why snakes flick their tongues? On Thursday mornings throughout June and July, marine educators will answer these questions and more during live reptile demonstrations for visitors to the UGA Aquarium.
During these informal programs, visitors will be able to interact with our ambassador snakes or turtles while learning about the importance of native reptiles to our coastal ecosystem.
Reptile encounter programs offered throughout the summer will be included with the cost of admission to the UGA Aquarium. Registration is not required. Learn more about admission fees here.
