The Georgia Department of Natural Resources Coastal Resources Division and partners are hosting a Successful Watershed Planning training at the Richmond Hill City Center on December 6th, 2016. This workshop will be geared towards watershed and floodplain managers, planners, engineers, and municipal staff.
Topics will include how to write a watershed restoration plan, using Green Infrastructure as a tool for watershed planning, implementation of a watershed plan, and funding mechanisms available. This training will also provide an opportunity to earn continuing education credits.
