UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant offered tours of the R/V Georgia Bulldog on Saturday, April 18, during Darien’s Blessing of the Fleet festival.
The Darien Blessing of the Fleet, held April 17-19, is an annual festival hosted by the Darien-McIntosh County Chamber of Commerce. It includes an art show, various food and drink vendors, arts and crafts, a YMCA 5K, children’s activities, a classic car show, nightly live entertainment and a marine parade.
