UGA Aquarium Dorm Accommodations
The UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium on Skidaway Island has a dormitory that is available for use by groups participating in education programming.
Built in the 1970s, the dorm has two floors of rooms arranged in suites.
Each suite includes two bedrooms with two bunkbeds in each (8 beds total). The rooms are connected by an adjoining bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a single shower, toilet and sink. Each room in the suite also has a small closet.
In addition to the suites, there are two ADA accessible rooms on the ground level that each have two single beds and a private bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There is a shower seat and grab bars located throughout the bathroom.
Bed and bath linens are not supplied to guests. The dormitory is located 20 feet from the UGA Aquarium cafeteria and recreation field.
The Jay Wolf Nature Trail is also available for use.
