DESCRIPTION:Join Liberty County in partnership with UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant for the Liberty County Hurricane Prep Rally\, a free\, open‑house–style community event designed to help residents prepare for and respond to disasters. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with local emergency managers\, first responders\, and preparedness experts and learn steps they can take before\, during\, and after an emergency. \n\n\n\nThroughout the afternoon\, attendees can explore informational booths from key community partners covering:  \n\n\n\n·         Emergency evacuation planning  \n\n\n\n·         Food and water safety  \n\n\n\n·         Disaster preparedness steps  \n\n\n\n·         Insurance and recovery resources  \n\n\n\n·         Pet safety and animal care  \n\n\n\n·         Medical\, critical care\, and health concerns \n\n\n\nPlus\, enjoy prizes and giveaways as you gather helpful tools and resources.
