The UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium is located on Skidaway Island, less than 30 minutes from downtown Savannah. Home to Georgia’s first saltwater aquarium, it features 16 exhibit tanks that showcase a variety of Georgia’s marine life.

Friday Feedings
On Fridays, guests can witness mealtime in the aquarium as marine educators feed a variety of animals. Learn fascinating facts about their diets, behaviors and feeding techniques while watching marine life enjoy their meals. Friday Feeding programs are included in the cost of admission to the UGA Aquarium.
