Let us help you design a visit that meets your group’s educational needs!

Serving as the education arm of Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant, the Marine Education Center and Aquarium on Skidaway Island offers a rich suite of environmental educational programs for K-12 students and teachers, homeschool groups, college students and other organized groups.

Education programs take place in the field, on the water, and in science labs and multipurpose classrooms.

Groups can take advantage of on-site dormitories, full meals, and coordinated program scheduling to match educational goals and standards. All K-12 programs align with Georgia Performance, National Science, and Ocean Literacy Standards.
