To make reservations and secure your preferred dates for programs at the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium, we require deposits and have established fees based on program type, group size, and any lodging or meals you may need.

Set fees are established for program, boat, dormitory and meals. All group fees are dependent upon program type, number of participants, length of stay and any lodging and meals required.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your program date(s). All deposits are applied toward the final balance.
Dive Down Deep (Pre-K): $50
Sea Star (K–4): $100
Half-day programs: $100
Full-day programs: $200
Overnight programs: $500
Groups requesting a program that requires activities aboard the R/V Sea Dawg are assessed an additional boat fee.

Dive Down Deep (1 hr): $7 school group | $8 non-school
Sea Star (2 hrs): $10 school group | $11 non-school
Half-day: $25 school group | $30 non-school
Full-day: $50 school group | $60 non-school
Lodging (per night, per person)
Dormitory: $27 school group | $35 non-school
Meals (per person)
Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner: $15 school group | $20 non-school
R/V Sea Dawg Programs (boat fee)
Trawling: $400 school group| $600 non-school
Scientific Sampling: $600 school group | $800 non-school
Natural Barrier Island: $700 school group | $800 non-school
*Note: One trip includes departure from and return to the dock.
