Andrea Harris joined Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant as a maintenance worker at the Skidaway campus in 2025. She brings more than 15 years of experience in maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping services. In her role, Harris is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium, dormitory, cafeteria, and Shellfish Research Laboratory, helping ensure the facilities are safe, welcoming, and well cared for.

Passionate about her work, Harris takes pride in creating clean and comfortable spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
