Celebrate Seafood Month this October at Sorry Charlie’s Oyster Bar in downtown Savannah! All month long, a portion of every Bull River oyster order will be donated to UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant’s Shellfish Research Lab on Skidaway Island.
Bull River oysters are a product of Savannah Oyster Company. Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant’s Shellfish Research Lab works closely with Georgia’s oyster farmers, including Savannah Oyster Company, by producing high-quality oyster seed. The lab also trains new farmers and studies aquaculture practices that strengthen Georgia’s coastal economy and the environment.
