As Creative Design Specialist, Cooper oversees print and digital content creation, brand compliance, asset management, and multimedia production across the unit.

Originally from Albany, Georgia, he moved to the Georgia coast in 2019. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English from Clayton State University and a professional certificate in Graphic Design from Darton State College (now Albany State University). Prior to his position with Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant, Cooper served as Graphic Designer for Darton State College and freelanced as a designer and creative consultant for small businesses and regional organizations.

During his free time, he enjoys playing music, reading, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
