As Public Relations Specialist, Cooper provides graphic design support, photography, video and branding guidance to staff. Originally from Albany, Georgia, he served as the lead graphic designer for Darton State College (now Albany State University) and did freelance design work for more than 10 years.

Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Clayton State University and a professional certificate in design from Albany State University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, searching out the best local restaurants and spending time by the water with his wife and dogs.
