During this half-day workshop, attendees will learn about current seafood research and extension in Georgia, expand their food technology horizons and tour University of Georgia’s Food Product & Innovation Center. The goal is to facilitate collaboration with like-minded professionals to help envision new possibilities for creating safer, value-added, and more nutritious Georgia seafood products for the future.
This program is open to seafood processors, dealers and research chefs. Those who can’t attend in-person will be able to tune in virtually. Registration is required for both in-person and virtual attendance. Online registration will close Monday, April 10 for in-person attendees and April 17 for virtual attendees. Tickets are nonrefundable after April 10.
